Happy St. Patrick's Day
I love this holiday even though I don't have a drop of Irish blood in me. (I'm actually of South American extraction.) I love it because it's all about green, and that's my favorite color. I always wear green on St. Patrick's Day. Actually, I wear green everyday. I say: If you can wear green, why wear any other color? What about you? What do you like about St. Patrick's Day? I think green is OK, but what I really like is RED. Bright red, like my tail feathers. Of course, red food and yellow food taste the best to me (outside of nuts, that is.) Broccoli is green and that is pretty good, though. I also like people with gray hair - like my feathers.
But this day you are talking about? St Patrick's Day? Hmmm, I don't think we notice it around here much, although I do like dancing to some of the music my person puts on then.

Miss Duke - Thanks for visiting. I think red and gray are nice colors, but green will always be my favorite. Thanks for bring up music. I love music, mostly classical and jazz and any song with my name in it (my person makes up lots of songs like that). Maybe I'll blog about music soon.
