Seasonal Poetry: The Final Installment

Here's the last in my suite of seasonal poems:

Summer

The hot summer sun's
Not very much fun.
It makes a whole lot of heat.
But I find, as a rule,
It's not hard to stay cool
With a nice icy spritz on my feet.

  1. But there's no food in the drawer. How can you like a drawer when there's no food. Now every inch of the kitchen, that's another story. And the front door. But mostly the kitchen. Unless the front door is open.
